Sophie Chesters - Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer @ Medallia

Sophie Chesters is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Medallia. She oversees the company’s global marketing efforts including demand, brand & reputation, social, PR and product marketing programs around the world. Prior to joining Medallia, Sophie held multiple marketing leadership roles at Google where she was responsible for launching and driving adoption of a range of advertising products and programs globally. Sophie led the marketing function in Canada to achieve impressive growth in advertising revenue, launched the companies’ first consumer campaigns including Google Play Music and hardware marketing. Prior to joining Google in 2010, Sophie led marketing and growth functions in technology and financial media, launching and extending major digital and print publishing brands. Sophie has a BA (Marketing & Geography) from the University of Leeds. A British native, Sophie has been working between the US, Canada and Europe for 20 years.

John Gallagher - Chief Marketing Officer, IBM Services @ IBM

John is responsible for all marketing globally for IBM Services, both Global Technology Services (GTS) and Global Business Services (GBS), which collectively represent more than 55% of IBM’s total revenue. The category market share leader, IBM Services has market leading capabilities in developing enterprise strategies, human design and experience, business process re-engineering and operation, application development and management, IT infrastructure services and technology support. This is all enabled with AI, Blockchain, Hybrid Cloud, 5G and other leading technologies. John’s responsibilities include building and stewardship of the services brand, developing market insights, product marketing and driving demand generation for all IBM’s services. This is executed with a distributed team across all regions of the world and encompasses deep digital capabilities as well as traditional marketing expertise.

Ben Howell has more than 17 years of experience having fun with marketing and getting paid to do it.  He is currently the Vice President of Performance Marketing at Salesforce, where he runs awareness, demand generation, virtual events, and online advertising for Salesforce’s Americas marketing organization.

He has three wonderful kids, a fantastic wife, two cats, a dog and lives in Scotts Valley, California.  He is an advocate for Type 1 Diabetes, and his weekends (outside of pandemics) are spent living vicariously on Softball, Baseball, and soccer fields all over the San Francisco Bay Area.

Michelle Killebrew - Vice President, Marketing @ PricewaterhouseCoopers

A data-driven marketing executive, Michelle Killebrew focuses on delivering an enjoyable brand experience for customers. She now leads Marketing for PwC's internal incubator, where her team is building out the go-to-market and launch for several incubated SaaS startups. Previously holding several key strategic roles at IBM, Killebrew expanded her global marketing resume by leading a team for a multi-billion dollar investment management firm. Her digital marketing expertise has made her a popular speaker at conferences and events like TEDx.

Emily Pachuta - Chief Marketing & Analytics Officer - Americas @ Invesco

In this role, she sets the overall advanced analytics and marketing strategy that’s designed to accelerate business growth by driving client demand and strengthening Invesco’s reputation with US and Canadian wealth management intermediary and institutional clients. She and her team are responsible for integrating distribution and marketing technology platforms, data science, client insights and digital experience to anticipate and respond to clients in real-time and in context. Ms. Pachuta also serves as an executive leader on the firm’s Global Marketing and Global Digital priorities.

Ms. Pachuta joined Invesco from BlackRock, where she was a managing director and responsible for setting the US retail marketing strategy for BlackRock and iShares. Prior to that role, she served as head of Client Marketing and Investor Insights for UBS, where she oversaw client marketing and digital experience. She has also held a variety of senior marketing positions at Lincoln Financial Group and Merrill Lynch. Ms. Pachuta has been a frequent media spokesperson and conference speaker about investor mindset and behavior, as well as generational trends.

Ms. Pachuta earned a BA degree from Yale University and an MFA from New York University.
