Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by the coronavirus outbreak, companies have been forced into working conditions they have never experienced before. For IT organizations that are still expected to develop technology that is critical to the business, they are trying to adapt to remote working conditions without losing velocity. For many organizations, this can be tricky.

Thankfully, there are a number of tools and practices individuals, teams, and scaled teams can use to make sure they are delivering for the business as if things were normal.

Participants will discuss:

  • Clearly defining critical roles and responsibilities
  • Leveraging Agile for increased delivery speed
  • Optimizing remote collaboration tools
  • Efficiently conducting in-person planning while remote

The discussions are recorded and our members can request a copy of the discussion by using the form on this page.
