Professional Bio:  

A passionate advocate of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility, Ripudaman's professional journey over the past 12+ years has been fuelled by a deep commitment to creating workplaces where every individual feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.

In her role as the Global DE&I Lead at Firstsource, Ripudaman has been instrumental in revising and advancing the organization’s DE&I strategy. Her work is deeply rooted in the conviction that diverse perspectives are key to achieving remarkable outcomes, and she is committed to fostering inclusion within the corporate sphere and beyond.

Throughout her career, whether at EY, FactSet, JLL or TCS, Ripudaman has been driven by a goal to make a lasting impact. She has designed and implemented initiatives that address unconscious bias, build inclusive leadership, and raise cultural awareness. Her contributions have not only enriched the organizations she’s been a part of but have also touched the lives of many, reflecting her passion for making a difference.

Complementing her professional experience, Ripudaman has also equipped herself with a rich educational background, having completed executive programs in CSR, Business Sustainability, Change Management and Diversity & Inclusion from renowned institutions such as the Indian School of Business, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and the UN Global Compact.

Creating inclusive, equitable, and psychologically safe workplaces through impactful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)


Current Projects/Initiatives:

Driving the evolution of Firstsource’s DE&I strategy by strengthening our global framework and embedding inclusive ways of working across the organization. This includes aligning meritocracy with equity, enhancing governance through ERGs, and integrating continuous learning, leadership accountability, and community engagement into our DE&I ecosystem.
