Your level is based on the number of meetings you complete in a calendar year, and it resets every January 1st. The more relevant conversations you take, the more you earn.
Bronze
0–1 meeting
Silver
2–5 meetings
Gold
6–10 meetings
Platinum
11+ meetings
Earn 250 bonus points after your 2nd meeting.
The Silver milestone bonus, on top of the points you earn for each completed meeting.
Earn 500 bonus points after your 6th meeting.
A milestone bonus on top of the points you earn for each completed meeting.
Earn 1,000 bonus points after your 11th meeting.
The Platinum milestone bonus, on top of your per-meeting points.
1,000 bonus points for every additional 10 meetings at Platinum.
Once you reach Platinum, the rewards keep compounding for staying engaged.
